Bachpan Banao works in the remote villages of Bastar region of Chhattisgarh to ensure quality education for children from marginalized families by strengthening local teachers and resources.
It was founded in July 2012 by a team of young individuals and administrators to empower local communities through education.
Bachpan Banao’s flagship project fellowship program is currently active in 3 pota cabin schools of Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh with expansion plans to 15 more residential schools in Dantewada.
